Inside-Out Training Program Overview
The Inside-Out Leader training program is a nine-month training course designed to integrate the values of Inside-out leadership into your company. During the term, Leadership League coaches and speakers will unpack each of the life domains with your staff while simultaneously equipping your key leaders on how to effectively lead their work teams far beyond the initial 9 month course. The training program is delivered as a turn-key solution requiring no planning or coordinating on your end.

Program Format:
Prior to beginning the nine month training program, we help you identify one team leader for each team of 8 to 12 people. These team leaders will receive a 2-day Personal Leadership Summit. Throughout the 9 months, team leaders will receive one-on-one coaching whereby they can process personal and business breakthroughs with their coach. Team leaders will also be equipped to coach their work teams effectively. With this "Train the Trainer" approach, your departments will receive an on-going return on investment that will continue far beyond the initial term.
The Inside-Out Leader training program will launch with a one-day overview of the life domains. During the program launch, the entire team will gather for an inspirational one-day introduction to the 5i's and an overview of the program's goals and objectives. Team leaders will be introduced at the program launch and each participant will be assigned to a team.
Each month, a Leadership League speaker will gather the entire team for a half-day session introducing one of the Life Domains. The second half of the day will involve team huddles and skill drills led by team leaders and overseen by Leadership League coaches. The huddles and skill drills are designed to integrate the leadership value with hands-on, real time application and discussion topics.
Between each of the monthly sessions, team leaders will meet one-on-one with their Leadership League coach while also being equipped with coaching resources to aid them in leading their teams.
The program will conclude with a celebration and award ceremony to share stories of impact, recognize company MVPs, and reward the most improved leaders and teams. Our Purpose Sport event planning staff will work with you to create the perfect turn-key celebration with celebrity guests and creative venue options.
Program Outcomes and Results:
At the end of the 9 month program, your team will have a healthy understanding of what it means to lead themselves and their team from the inside-out. By integrating the teaching into all levels of the organization and equipping team leaders on how to coach their departments in a sustainable fashion, your company culture will be made up of healthy leaders who live from the inside-out. The end result is higher morale among employees, which will lead to increased effectiveness and greater employee retention.
